Refunds & Returns

This policy explains when and how you can get a refund from More Than Mobiles Limited ("More Than Mobiles", "we", "us" or "our"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. We want you to be glad you bought from us, and we aim to be fair and prompt when something is not right.

1. Digital products

Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be copied, they are treated differently from physical goods. Our approach is:

  • If the product is faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or provide a full refund.
  • If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Once a product has been downloaded or accessed and is working as described, refunds are at our discretion, since the content cannot be returned. We will still review each request fairly.

Duplicate purchases made in error are always refunded.

2. Consulting and services

Services are tailored work delivered over time, so refunds work differently from products:

  • Before work begins, you may cancel a booked engagement for a full refund of any deposit, less any costs we have already committed on your behalf.
  • Once work has started, deposits and fees for work already performed are non-refundable, but you will not be charged for work not yet done. If you cancel a fixed-fee project partway through, we will invoice fairly for the portion completed.
  • Retainers can be ended in line with the notice period in your proposal. We do not refund the current month once it has begun, but no further months will be billed after your notice.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@morethanmobileshk.com with your order details and a short note on what went wrong. We aim to respond within two business days and to process approved refunds to your original payment method within 14 days.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve issues faster and more fairly than a payment dispute. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay a resolution.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. Where those laws give you stronger protection than this policy, those rights apply.
